Once upon a time, Angry Archie’s was a family-run food truck company. Today, it’s become an institution. The business was founded by Chef Chris Curado and his cousin Michael Ponte.

So, what’s in the crab cake sandwich, the restaurant’s signature dish? You’ll get a jumbo lump of crab meat and crispy potatoes, topped with spicy aioli and citrus crema. All of this is loaded onto a potato bun. Lobster rolls are also a favorite. Each sandwich bursts with Maine lobster meat and spicy corn mayo.
